We have decades of experience and excellent references in the treatment of flammable and explosive dusts and all the special requirements in designing the appropriate systems.
Important fields of application include the iron, steel, and non-ferrous metals industries, waste and sewage sludge incineration, and boiler plants.
This type of filtration can be enhanced with devices for corrosive gas absorption (HOK, -Ca(OH)2, activated carbon added), evaporation coolers or other modern equipment that lessens or prevents the development of dioxins and furans (novosynthesis) and removes heavy metals from flue gases.
Electrostatic Precipitators
Besides the traditional fields of application, our dry electrostatic precipitators are predominantly used for the purification of flue gases in wood-fired boiler plants. Using our electrostatic precipitators for small flue gas volume flows has proved a consistently successful practice.
Our reliable vertical wet electrostatic precipitators are unsurpassed regarding operational safety, durability, and separation efficiency. They are absolutely perfect for separating the very finest drops of dust-laden water, aerosols, and flue gases containing tar or grease. As a bonus effect, hazardous components such as HCI, SO2, NaCl and HF are absorbed as well.
It goes without saying that we assemble and start up every deduster on location and on request conduct regular inspection and maintenance as well.
