BETH ESP beats "5mg Limit"

The BETH "5mg Dry ESP" for the Belgian customer
A change in legislation in the Netherlands gave the filtration experts from Lübeck the opportunity to showcase their know-how: new boiler plants with solid or liquid fuel materials that have been put into operation after April 1, 2010, are now required to have a maximum clean gas dust content of 5 mg/Nm3 at 6 vol. % O2.

The ESP is used in heat-generating processes. The order was placed by Vyncke N.V., a Belgian company that realizes »clean energy« projects on an international scale. The modified BETH Dry Electrostatic Precipitator achieves a clean gas dust content of 33.3 mg/Nm3 at 6 vol. % O2, thus keeping emissions well below legal maximum values.

A concluding 72-hour test verified these extremely pleasing results. Currently, no other comparable product in the market can achieve similarly low clean gas dust contents, which makes the BETH Dry ESP a league of its own. Due to the excellent cooperation between Vyncke and BETH Filtration GmbH, the two companies were able to complete this project quickly and to everybody’s satisfaction.

Another success that can be chalked up to the years of experience and unmatched expertise of the filtration experts from Lübeck.
